Unless CGNers prefer daily postings, Alfred will resume the SAINTS: (Of the Week) website postings and also to the CGN List. May all the saints bless Alfred for his help :-)
Please join us in welcoming the following new members/spouses to the CGN Family:
1. Shanti and Morris Sequeira
2. John D'Souza -- referred by Karachi's Fr. Tony D'Cruz
We look forward to valuable contributions and input from new members. Please e-mail your postings, including a brief introduction, to cgn@goacom.com with a copy to cgn-goacom@yahoogroups.com for proper archival.
Earlier in the week we wrote about forwarded (Fwd:) Prayer Requests -- persons not personally known to members, as CGN is not a prayer list. Please continue to send, as before, prayer requests for family members, friends or relatives. Thanks.
We appreciate the dialog and feedback from Salus, and Victor F. We'll continue with the present two-way system and hope to see greater intereaction between members. It was nice of M. Josefa to volunteer her talents and look forward to her contributions. Joe's Wisewords are always informative and interesting, including Logos' contributions.
Of course, all of us appreciate Fr. Jude's Sunday Reflections, for which we thank him.
The second annual day to honor American priests will be observed October 31. The website www.priest-sunday.org provides ideas for liturgies, reflections and other means of honouing the many good and hard-working priests toiling daily throughout the world.
God Bless:
Clare & Pat
